ok, i found it. it`s in wetlands at 25:25 in the Wind more (or whatever that is called)selled by a dwarf female. the problem is that if someone`s been there before u, u wont find it till it "respawns".when i came, it wasnt there so i had to wait like 30 min for it. good luck :P

buy it in stormwind in the mage quarter for 90 copper! just ask a bloody gaurd, some twat puts all the fine thread for like 8g a stack, ffs!
