Smelted from Eternium ore which is a rare ore mined from Fel Iron, nethersite, adamantite and khorium deposits.

Needed for JCs for rare crafts, BS for rare, epix and for echanting rod crafts. etc

Needed for miners to create felsteel bar which also is needed for JC and BS, mostly for epix

Engineers also need the Felsteel that requires Eternium for their epic plate helmets

I have a TON of this stuff but can't find anywhere to make the bars. HELP!

Khorium veins are not found very often but they do pop up every once in a while. From Khorium veins you can get Eternium ore. There are no Eternium veins (at this time--next expansion, who knows?) As stated in an earlier post, you can also get Eternium from Adamantite, Rich Adamantite and every once in a blue moon from Fel Iron deposits. You don't get Khorium from Adamantite or Fel Iron deposits.

Any particular place you learn to smelt eternium?

For Alliance.
Smelt Eternium can be learned from Hurnak Grimmord in Honor Hold, 56.63 .

He's inside the blacksmith shop in Honor Hold.

Krugosh is the mining trainer.

You'll find him just outside the main huge, circular building in Thrallmar. He's near a forge under a small canopy.
