got this today, in bloodfurnace from trash before the 2nd boss. People are actualy willing to pay 3,5k G for it.

Blizzard has now listed this as a Instance-Only-Drop, so all the claims about it dropping as a random world drop are fake.

Allso note that this can drop in most heroics, so it is a random-instance drop. Hard to get but easyer then the avrage BT-recipes.

told it sells for about 1000+g usually, but the most ive been offered so far is 600

Actualy, Alot of people care if you can make it. Alot of people come to thottbot on rare patterns like this to find people on their server that can craft it. So STFO, and nobody cares if there not on your server. Thats your problem.
