Just dropped for us in Shattered Halls, off the ogre boss. There are a lot of rumors going around that you need a smith in the group for it to drop, but I can tell you they are false.

The skill itself come 2.1 will now give you the same plans, but the associated costs have been SUBSTANTIALLY increased.

You will now need 10 Khorium Bars and 4 MORE Primal Nethers.

It's one thing to make these items harder to acquire due to the fact that their quality matches if not exceeds many epic items... but the expenditures added onto this are just a bit absurd.

This change will cause a tremendous degree of difficulty to craft, let alone sell these items for the cost of crafting it.

It is correct that you do NOT have to have a Blacksmith in your party in order for this pattern to drop.

Some alliance were killing the bird people out in Blades Edge Mountains so I decided to move on to the next part of my quest. First bird I killed, dropped these. O.o. I was stunned. Gonna go see how much I can sell them for.

These are BOE- Therefore non smiths may roll on them if in groups. That's the reason you can roll.

So Im working on gathering the Primals needed to make this sword in Nagrand and... bam. It drops off an add that I was trying to avoid agroing numerous times. Talk about irony. So, now I can craft this bad boy... now to get the Nether.

ive also heard of these plans dropping off of other mobs , but this is the first ' instance' drop listed.

ive also heard an interesting rumor.

that alot of plans only drop if there is a smith in the gorup.

any ideas about truth to this , im dying to know
