So far I've seen two pieces of Shaman mail besides the Earthshatter and neither have any strength or anything like that... I can understand Blizzard giving Restoration Shaman the most gear in high level raids but why in the hell Elemental Shaman? Enhancement is much better for high end raids than Elemental and most high end builds are Restoration and Enhancement, not Restoration and Elemental.

Lame.

Are hunters really that stupid that blizzard has to put the Shaman tag on it? It's not like it will even drop for alliance so that rules out pallies.

Show me some cloth dmg gear with a freakin Priest tag on it!

Does this drop off of trash mobs in Naxx? It would seem so (other epics like this drop from trash mobs only).

Just one thing: I think Blizzard did a great job with introducing "Class: Shaman/Paladin" non-set drops.
Think about it, a horde raid would have to disenchant plate armour with +spelldamage and +int and considering how easy it would be for a raid to farm nexus crystals (in MC/Aq20 etc.) However, this new system makes sure that every drop can be used (fyi: e.g. "Class: Shaman" items won't drop for an alliance raid).

I now have two pieces of the elemental fury gear.
The Pauldrons obviously.
and the leggings.
Amazing for pvp and elemental use.
I was excited. now im just looking for the girdle.

I'm so glad that blizzard is adding a lot to the game for elemental shamen, and theres been other hints that they want shamen to fulfill a hybrid damage/offheal role in expansion raids instead of just healing.

It does kinda suck that enhancement shamen don't have gear of their own (at least they can always ninja the hunter loot ^_^).

Dont you know that elemental built + ench is the best? in elemental you have got such things like elemental focus (0mana on elemental spell)or storm reach wchich gives you 36yds range on chain lighting and lightning bolt and much more usable things that
give you really hard dps its true that mana is out very fast thats why you should make ele/ench build and you can melee when mana is out. Tier 3 really sucks becouse it has got only healing+ but the ten storms is gr8. If you wanted melee why you became hybrid? Hybdrids were made to stay allive when all go down becouse when theres aggro on priest it falls in 3 sec but mail wearing shammy will stay allive and wait for tank to taunt mobs, when healer is down tank
is down too cos he has got no healing excluding mixtures(only 1 can be used so warrior will fall but few sec later) and 1st aid but its not usable when got aggro. What hurts me most on low levels it is really hard to find int+ spell dmg+ gear thats why pure ench is good only for grinding low levels.

elemental shaman rule. put 30 talent points in elemental and 21 in resto for nature's swiftness to swap for elemental fury.. than you really really pwn,.. insta heals for the raids, or to save your own ass, or instant lightning spells.. PWNAGE!
than when burning crusade comes out you can continue down the elemental tree and get the elemental fury talent, LAWL pop nature's swiftness, a little elemental fury and wtfpwned, instant chain lighting with 100% crit chance. not to mention the other new talent that lets you regen mana = to your intellect, good for anything.
Oh ya, and any person who has fought an elemental shaman and an enhancement shaman will always say elemental shammies are harder to beat, and the elementalists who have nature's swiftness gg 2 u.
