This is basically a better version of the Band of Servitude (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=22721#00Rz), and interestingly not unique. This may or may not change however since the expansion pack has not shipped yet.

lovely ring for an easy encounter - i rolled a 44 for it, our mage rolled 41. Sweet.

Very nice ring. Got this and Kilt of Rolling Thunder on my first Ramparts run. Seems like my elemental shaman was done with that place after the run.

Great GREAT rings for any Caster DPS class. Excellent balance of stats.

What's best is this item is not 'Unique', allowing one to wear two at once.

This and the Staff are pretty much it for Locks and Mages out of here, sadly.

Comaparing to band of servitude wich is epic, this is rare with twice the amount stamina and int, for the loss of two spelldamage.

I cn't believe that I got BOTH this AND the Crystalfire Staff on my first run (ever :D) of the Ramparts. No more casters in the party, so I took them both :D

It is once again confirmed that if you are desperate to farm an item you won't get it in the first tries. The lucky drops ALWAYS come when you least expect them to occur. I was doing Ramparts to get the cloth shoulders from the quest and ended up with 2 more items for my mage ^_^

This drops From headless horseman note' theses rings have Twin bro's or sisters what that mean is the Clones of em but with diff names so one on each hand

It has 100% the same stats as Band of Halos wich you can get from 25 heroic badges, so this is really awesome :D

Got the healing ring today from the HH :) almost identical in stats to the heroic badge one, and much much easier and faster to get

Nabbed this one last night on my Holy Priest. We did four summons...the DPS ring dropped once, the +dmg and healing ring dropped twice, and this dropped once.

Myself with a guildy Warrior tanking; he got the Helm. It was a good night. ^.^

Oh and SM now resembles a Battleground, lol...there were about 150 players outside the Graveyard portal, and one guy flags, and...well, it was fun! hehe

Woohoo :D Love this event. As resto shammy I got this one to replace Dark Portal quest one and the caster one for my elemental set =D + Epic mount (not flying) and normal :p xD ...

This is pretty fun; 2 rogues 1 hunter 1 warr (15k unbuffed ;<) and me did this guy 3 times , I only let 1 of the dies die once cuz I lagged as hell and he do some crazy dmg if you havnt got alot of HP, not that hard to heal but it comes of all sudden so stay guard. He's pretty fun event though.

GL! Sweet ring. Does it ever disappear or summit?

This isn't the Witching Band that drops from the Headless Horseman. This ring is a caster DPS ring that drops in Ramparts. The Hallow's End event ring named Witching Band is here

This dropped for my party today, but it wouldn't let me roll for it. Any ideas why?

I have The Horseman's Signet Ring. Not this one.
It let me roll on the broom.

Got this today on my 68 resto sham. Nice to see I can begin my pre raid gear early :P. Super easy w/ 70 war, 67 war, 70 rogue, and 70 hunt. Boss is simple if done right (just pop a decent heal on someone with conflagrate and keep away from each other, which might be easier with more rnged dps) For the adds , I popped an ele totem and downed em easy. Had this drop twice (if only I could equip 2!), the dps ring twice, 2 epic ground and 2 normal ground brooms, and a pumpkin pet. Too bad our leader decided to reset inst after our wipe the first time or we would have had more loot ><

Did horseman twice yesterday, both times we killed him, he dropped that ring. Thank god im a holy paladin, but it still sucks i can only have one of this ring. Guess its time to run heroic dungeons and get Band of Halos, an exact duplicate of this ring, require 20 badges.
