Probably one of the most sought-after gem patterns in the game that is BoE. It gives the most stamina for a pre-raid gem.

If you get the pattern or can get it cheaply, you can make loads of money selling these.

This is true but now you may get 15 stam gems much easyer because you can buy the gems with 15 badges and the patten/design is MUCH cheaper and easyer to get.....still very exspensive though.

Got one on Kargath server from spider in BM, went in to solo a few to get a Netherweb Spider Silk to make a Primal Mooncloth Bag and it dropped. It will be put up in ah.

Got one off a Sunfury Blood Lord in Shadowmoon Valley. Super low drop rate I imagine. I've been grinding these for days.

Haha. Set up for 600g SB, 650g BO. Sold and with auction house cut of 32g I got back 619g.

Ok, i know someone out there is going to say something smart to this but here goes.
The Site says that the best drop rate for this pattern is off of Forgemaster Morug despite a few things;

1. The link for Morug does not show that he even has a chance at dropping this pattern.
2. Not a single post from others indicates a single drop off of Morug.
3. The pattern loot table shows this as a "Random World Drop".
4. I have solo'd this guy about 46 times now and the most I get is Netherweave cloth and 1 or 2 Fel Armanments.

So how the heck can it be justified as pat of a % drop?

why do people sell this recipe for so much? every gem on my server sells for about the same price..give or take 10g..

example: i bought a recipe for 300g and sold the gems for 55g. i COULD buy this recipe for 750g, and sell the gems for...60g...OK...good deal...

also, talasite gems sell for like 20g on my server, but yet people still sell the recipes for ~300g...the raw gem sells for about 12g...

is the economy on my server just utterly stupid like i suspect?

Looks like Ghostly Philanthropist is the winner as far as droprate goes.

1/630 droprate doesn't really make it seem like it's a good idea to grind on these things specifically for this item.... especially since Karazhan is a 10 person raid dungeon.

Unless you plan on spending weeks grinding on other things, I'd say the only way to really find these designs is to scan the AH regularly.

Eventually there will be some non-JC that finds it that has a suitable disrespect for their guild enough to auction it.

This dropped off an ogre in the Laughing Skull Ruins while I was grinding for xp and beads. Thought to myself-cool-a blue drop. Later I asked around and found out its a sorta rare drop-so I checked in the AH and there was one for 1500g buyout. WOW! is all I could think. WOOT! for grinding. Don't know if I should keep it for my toon to craft (still very low skill level) or sell it!

dropped for me off a trash mob in blades edge plateau then again at netherwing ledge...it can drop off of any mob in outland level 65 or higher

One of those "Timeless" gem designs. Stam will always be needed so it was well worth the 1100g I paid on ah. I will make much much more over the course of the game.

Hazzah for farming motes of water in terokkar forest! After getting 50 of the 120 motes i needed, this dropped off one of the water elementals. sure makes me smile... :)

Got it this evening dropped from a Sunfury in Netherstorm while doing Sunfury Attack Plans quest. Chatted with another player who says that since she has had this, she sells about 20 to 30 a day from about 31g to 39g each. Can make as much as 20k G a week...

Suddenly much more interested in my alt who now only has 100 skill in jewelcrafting. Worth an investment of time to get her up to 350 skill just to use this for the income.
