No idea, but this dropped in normal mode for myself.

I think the drop rate is much higher than that, I only ran shatt halls 3 times and I saw it drop on my 3rd run. but that isnt all, 2 people in our guild already have the pattern as well and they have both ran the instance 3-5 times.

So I am guessing it is probably more like 5% chance.

Now i just need to get the leggings!

Dropped in Normal Shattered Halls today 3/17/2007.

Only Tailors can roll since this is BoP, if you already have the pattern you can not roll (auto pass).

I did not loot the corpse, someone else did.

I've run defeated this boss easily 6 times, probably more, still no drop. This is driving me nuts!

Has anyone had this drop lately for them? I've heard rumors that the drop rate was nerfed which makes sense as I've had a hard time getting it to drop for me.

Trying to attain this pattern has been the most grusume grind i've ever gone through...I've ran a total of 68 shattered halls runs and the pattern has only dropped once which i did not win the roll. BEWARE!!! Trying to get this pattern is no easy task. If you are lucky enough for it to drop AND win the roll, consider yourself very lucky. My advice to anyone who really wants this pattern? Only run shattered halls with people who you will not be rolling against as it is hard enough for the pattern to drop...try cutting that figure by half again? No thanks...

Dropped in normal mode 5/27/07.

Fifth time I've started the instance, first time Ive made it to the boss. (d/cs, kara callups always had killed the group)

As luck would have it, I just dropped alchemy yesterday to start tailoring in order to make my own frozen shadoweave set.

im exalted with HH, doing nothing but SH runs from 1/2 way thru honored into exalted...

never seen it drop and yes I was a tailor the entire time.

The drop rate for this item has been reduced by a lot. After 15ish runs of shat halls first boss i have yet to get this recipe. perhaps its bad luck on my part but if u want to start farming this then be in for a wait

I saw that no list of Raw Mats was shown here. So I though I would add it.

Raw materials to make the hood:

180 netherweave cloth
20 arcane dust
150 motes of mana
150 motes of fire
50 motes of earth
50 motes of water
50 motes of air

it does drop even if you don't have the tailoring level - you jsut need to be a tailor

dropped for me first time in shattered halls, and was the only tailor :D

on my server the product of this sells for about 2500g, mats are rather expensive though :O

Dropped for me on NON-HEROIC. Apparently it's a really rare drop on regular mode, but it just so happened to drop off the first boss in Shattered Halls. Rolled against a warlock and won :D

Would it be safe to say that if there are 9 possible proffs and pretty much every 70 has two then since there are 5 ppl with 2 proffs each, with a possible 9 proffs, then that is 10 proffs, and if there is a tank, then they are most likely miner/bs and then the healers are either BS or skinning or tailoring cause those cover all of teh healing classes, then the 2-3 dps can be anyone.

If you ask me, odds are that there will be a tailor in every or most groups, but only they can see it if it drops so assuming there is about a 15:2 ratio of ppl and ppl who can see it drop, then it would be fair to say that that 4% is probably closer to a 30% chance of dropping on heroic

*keep in mind that is is ENTIRELY speculation, just what I have noticed from past groups

Took me 65 kills of the first boss, about 10 on Heroic I'd say but it dropped for me on normal in the end. I luckily managed to do mostly first boss resets in N for people's Rep so only had 16 kills of the other bosses. All just so I could have the item say <Made by Me> haha. Happy hunting but it can be rough.
