As others have said, you can turn these in from Honored through revered and all the way to exalted.

For some reason, wowhead doesn't list auction house prices for this item. On my auction house, I see a stack of 12 for 50 gold.

Leaked patchnotes say you might be able to turn these in for zonebound SSC pots and flasks so u should save these for now. Could be fake tho, no blue posts about it yet.

From 2.1 you can turn these into zonebound (coilfang only) consumables, such as healing potion, mana potion, or flasks. For example, 1 mana potion = 1 armament

The post I made above saying you can turn these into flasks and pots was before 2.1 went live, those were on the test realms.

Right now, on the live servers you can turn these armaments into zonebound potions:
1 Armaments = 3 mana / healing potion (can be only used in SSC)

The flasks can be bought with Mark of the Ilidari (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=32897).
You can turn those tokens in at your Shattra bank (Aldor / Scryer). You will need exalted reputation with: Shatar, Aldor/Scryer and Cenarion Expedition.
These tokens are trashrdops in TK and SSC.

The flasks are:

I tanked SV and 5 coilfang armaments dropped for me. Drops vary. =].

Gives 75 rep.
Gives 82 rep if you're human :-)

they have an average of 15% drop rate, bear in mind there will be 5 people in your group so you have about a 3% chance of getting on per mob you kill.

I am half way through honored already, yet cannot turn these in to her anymore. All she says is "Greetings Druid, it's good you've decided to visit us." Has there been a change since the latest patch that I'm not aware of?

I'm working on a Druid right now who will be primarily leveling 60-70 in dungeons. Since I want to be feral @ 70, getting exalted with Cenarion ASAP is pretty important. Does anyone know if the armaments can be looted before you get/turn in the Orders from Vashj quest?

These are used for the quest Preparing for War. It's a repeatable quest. You get 250rep for the first time you turn it in and 75 rep for each ones you turn in after that.

These are selling for 25g each on my server, Anvilmar. IMO not worth the gold for 75 rep since thats like 5 mobs killed in an instance run.

If I can remember right a mob from steamvaults dropped a questitem that I turned in at Zangarmarsh (to a cenarion expedition npc) she gave me another quest after that and I could start give her those coilfang Armaments things

don't buy them until you'll completed all the quests. most CE quests are soloable for any class and take 5-15min
if your armament costs 5-6g one of these quests is "paying" you 25-30g for 5-15min of work

Here is a nice and short guide to be Exalted with Cenarion Expedition.

This is a guide to get exaulted with CE as fast as possible.

CE = Cenarion Expedition
Rep = Reputation

You should be around level 60 when the first time you meet Cenarion Expedition, and should focus right away if you want to be exaulted FAST

The first thing I do when I reach Zangarmash is to buy enough Unidentified Plant at AH until I reach Honored (you can deliver Unidentified Plant at time and it will give you 250 rep each time, 360 Unidentified Plant is enough)

And then start questing, after you have done your quest in Zangarmash you should be 60%-70% on your way to revered. (this is without any Coilfang instances) after you are done with questing in Zangarmash

Make sure you get the quest Preparing for War, this quest is obtained in Slave Pens, A quest item is randomly dropped from a trash mob there, this quest will give you the opportunity to turn in Coilfang Armaments

If you looking for groups Coilfang instance active from 60-70 you should have reached revered

Then the only way you now can get rep now is Coilfang instance and Coilfang Armaments, you can ofcourse buy this from AH, usualy price here is around 10g for 1.

Additional infomation:

10x Unidentified Plant = 250 rep (can only be turned in until you are honored with Cenarion Expedition

Coilfang Armaments = 250 rep (can be turned in after you have completed the quest Preparing for War) Coilfang Armaments are randomly dropped from Trash mobs in Coilfang instances)

Before you can start turning these into Ysiel for CE rep, you'll need to find the Vashj plans in a coilfang instance. I found mine in Steamvaults. Once you turn that quest in, ten Ysiel will give you a quest like "Preparing for War", asking you to bring her a Coilfang Armament. Completing this quest will give you 250 CE rep. For each Armament you bring her after this, it will give you 75 rep per turn in.
