I picked this up on my priest last night and from the small selection of socket crystals in the Inn this robe easily beats the Robe of Prophecy I was wearing.

I added:
+9 Healing
+4 Intellect
+6 Stamina

This does have the slight potential to be a caster piece, if you put the right gems in it.

I got this as well before I hit 61. I used the standard vendor gems for now until I come across something better. Added +9 Healing, +4Int, and +6 Stamina to get the stat bonus. Made it even better too with a stats enchant as well.

I'm a balance druid but I get asked to heal about as much as I get asked to dps...I just happened to pick this up at Blood Furnace when I was asked to heal. This dropped for me and they group had no objection seeing as how I has I doing healz. Went to Ah and got some nice gems for it..+13 healing, +6 intellect 2mp5 on it. Now all i have to do is enchant ..ill probably give it Restore-Prime to further tweak it for me. Between the Crystalfire Staff and this priests everywhere are a little jealous of me lol

This, when socketed with standard vendor gems, is slightly better than priest's T2 chest. I was lucky to get it at 60. Put it on as soon as I dinged :P

Nope, this thing has (holy) priest written all over it, although other healable classes might find this interested too. A mage ar warlock should look a little further. This boss also drops a nice belt you might want.

Must have killed this guy at least 15 times to get it.

Never got my T2 robe (freaking random loot) so it's a really nice upgrade for me. I agree though, some good shoulders are hopefully around somewhere.

2nd run of blood furnace. These robes are great!
MUCH better than tier 2 priest robes since you have the slots to basically upgrade the robe as time goes on. Prettiest non-skin showing design IMO!

It wasn't so exciting for me as it was for others, because the graphic is just recolored from Devout. I've had the entire Devout set, then the upgraded Virtuous set and now I have the "teal" equivalent of the Devout set all over again. I submitted a screen shot.

The recolored Devout set is comprised of drops in various "low level" Outland instances. The full set is as follows:

HEAD: Collar of Command
SHOULDERS: Pauldrons of Arcane Rage
CHEST: Raiments of Divine Authority
WRISTS: Arcing Bracers
HANDS: Manaspark Gloves
WAIST: Mindfire Waistband
LEGS: Princely Reign Leggings
FEET: Ethereal Boots of the Skystrider

BACK: Although there was never a tier 0 back piece, the Spore-Soaked Veneer matches cosmetically for you completists.

I found some nice shoulder armor to match this in hellfire ramparts. they are droped by the first boss in the instance.

This has HEALING more then damage. I Had a Mage Ninja this from me. ROlled need and won. The whole group was pissed off, and asked him not to roll when it dropped. Pointed out that it had 44 to healing, and very little to damage, and the robe he was already wearing had more
