This enchant seems totally awesome to me, but at least on my server no one's buying them. Spent 2 weeks flogging one in the AH for around 30g, no luck.

The helm enchant can be beaten by Glyph of Renewal, or Glyph of Power

For the chest, you can get 6mana/5 enchant for about as much effort.

The leggings, you can get a variety of spellthread

The gloves, +20 spell-damage, +35 healing, or 35 spell hit rating.

I personally feel this could do with a small buff. Its clearly supposed to be a cheap enchant, much like +armor kits were, but its effect is just so tiny and situational

Personally, I like this as a placeholder enchant as a caster, versus Knothide armor kit. The extra Mp5 is minimal, but can make a difference in a longer fight. And since I'm working up the mats to the healing to gloves enchant, this is an excellent thing to stick on there for the time being.

I love these as a paladin, but I can see why they wouldn't be popular.

Vitality is flat out better on boots, and the healing thread on leggings is both cheaper as well as generally more useful - since it has stamina. Restore mana prime is better on chest, and gloves can take healing as well. So generally (For the price, given heavy knothide is expensive) you won't make a big deal out of them.

On my priest im not a fan of +heal. I don't care if it cost a bit more, i'll take mana / 5 over a compareable amount of +heal anyday. At 66 i have brought it up to 90 / 5 while casting.. and i didn't know about this kit. I'll have to go farm some mana motes ^-^

looking for one on my boots because theres nothing else that would be better for healing. 30g to craft is a bit steep though.

Don't try to use this if you character is less than Level 65!

The descriptive text stating "Requires Level 55" is wrong. It should read "Requires Level 65" instead. How could a Level 55 character have a Level 60 piece of armor.

This problem exists for:

o Knothide Armor Kit (should be Requires Level 60 instead of 50)

o Magister's Armor Kit (should be Requires Level 65 instead of 55)

o Vindicator's Armor Kit (should be Requires Level 65 instead of 55)

this item is really good for a priest, but dont forget that the prophet aura from ZG has 4mp5 and sta and +healing. I am working on geting 3 of these and one zg enchant for my legs.

This armor kit regenerates 3mana/5sec. This works out to be 120mana/3min. For long fights (I.E. Curator), I would think this would be better than a +100 mana enchant to the chest but as I'm a rogue, I don't know.

If the fight lasted 6min you would have regenerated 240mana. This mana would not be gained from taking a mana potion either (in order to replenish your +100 mana enchant to chest if you went with that).

If the magister's armor kit is better than a +100 mana to chest enchant let people know by bumping this post up.

Again, I'm a rogue so I'd just like an answer for my up and coming mage/priest.

I don't think this is a very useful item, at least until you can get some spellthread. The healing spellthreads increase +healing and stamina, which, to some classes, is far more important to mp5 in raiding situations, especially once you get into fights where everyone in the raid takes damage (and there are a lot of them D:). The chest has +6mp5 from enchanters, boots can have dexterity (+4 health/mp5), and gloves can get +spell damage, +spell hit, +spell crit and +healing, so there's better buffs for all 4 pieces.

I usually just throw these on boots/gloves until I can get either vitality (boots) or +healing (gloves) - its quite useless on chest or legs due to the superb enchants you can get there (armor patch for legs or +150 mana/hp/15 resil chest.

As a holy paly, i'd probably just put one of these on my boots and leave it at that. There's so many better enchants/spellthreads for leggings, gloves, and chest for me.

Pattern: Vindicator's Armor Kit

+8 Defense, quite nice for a Tanks gloves since the only other real tank enchant would be +2% threat, and well, meh..

I was looking at putting some of these on my retribution paladins pve gear, but honestly I can't justify the cost, there are cheaper and more useful enchants out there. Perhaps if instead of it being 3mp5 it was 10mp5 or 15mp5 then I'd jump all over them.
