The easiest way to describe a place where you can find one is to just go to your left once you exit the tunnel leading into Blade's Edge from Zangarmash - ride along the 'teeth-like' rocks and you should see plenty of Dragonspines.

Asuming they spawn at the same places i found mine at Blade's Edge Mountains (48, 67)

They also can be found between the border (Not Cave) of Zangarmarsh and Blade's Edge, Ride across the wall and you'll find some. Very north of Zangarmarsh

The herbs are found at the bases of the spikes all over Blade's Edge Mountains.

There is a group of five of them on the ground in zangarmarsh at 47, 30.

Dragonspine is found in zangarmarsh but on the border of blades edge mountain, i found mine above serpents lake

This is just outside of the Alliance base in Blade's Edge, and was very easy to get to with a flyer.

i found a group of them north of sperent lake and i cant click on them, i went searching for others and i found another one west of thunderhold in blade's edge and i cant click on it either. i have the other 3, am i doing something wrong?

Spent about two hours in Blade's Edge trying to find it. >.< Finally found it at 47,30 in Zangamarsh.

This quest really pissed me off. It says it grows "upon the ends of the rock formations." That's bull#$%^. Do not use your flying mount, this quest was designed to be completed without one. Insteand ride along the base of the spikes, you will find it eventually. Found mine on the !@#$ing ground, not the spike!

47,29 is the correct locations. but ITS IN ZANGARMARSH not blades edge mountain. so dont go into the blades edge mountain map.

Sure enough: 47, 29 in ZANGERMARSH is where you can find the herb. Look on the ground at the base of the spikes, not on their endpoints.

Greatmother needs to learn the difference between the ground and a spike....ugh!

it would have been nice if someone actually said that they are not in the valley but just to the left of the bridge entrance as if you are heading from thunderlord stronghold to sylvanaar. that was an annoying 15 minutes...

Looks like Gromsblood. Key line with finding this is "guard the canyons". I found it just outside Thunderlord Stronghold on the grassy bit beside the stone spikes that line the east side of the canyon.

I found some at 48,68. It's a real pain to find. It grows on the rocks at the base of the spikes.

Dragonspine can be find at the ( beginning of jagged rock formations) or what they mean is the bridges that cross the valley's.
Another tip for ppl with herbalism, put herb gatherer on because it shows the dragonspine on the minimap. Also i give you some coords for making it more easy:

I flew around a lot of blade's edge before eventually finding about 6 pieces near 49,68 - 49,71.

Take them while taking Marsh berries.. There are 6 of them lying at the right of the city Orbor thingy. Jsut follow the outer wall..

Find it quick:

Go south out of Thunderlord Stronghold. When you get to the Den Mother wolf sitting at the cave entrance, walk to the east and it will be several nodes right there 50,74

Hiding underneath a spike. Some #$%^ty quest, but the rewards later on are rewarding ;)

For the Material Componets quest, I ran up and gathered the Marshberry from Ango'Rosh, and headed east along the top of the map. I found the Dragonspine for the quest in Zangarmarsh, where the mountain range meets the northern part of the map. Should save you a few minutes I hope.

The Dragonspine grows at the base of the spikes not the tip.

Did they "patch out" the possibility to get these in Zangarmarsh 47,29? They still are there, but I can't interact with them
