Definitely want to save this trinket to swap out on raid boss fights. You'll want to max your hit rating to close the 16% chance to miss/resist gap when your fighting bosses. I'm in the middle of trying to juggle two cloth sets and stumbled upon this in my inventory. Now I just have to swap out a +crit trinket for this +hit trinket and I'll hit my cap. For example, instead of swapping out my robes which has more important stats like +int and +stam.

This item does not share it's full cooldown with other similar items of this type, only time the buff it gives is on. It means you can use one of them after another, but their effect cannot be stacked.
