Got this the other day. Not a bad trinket with a nice inate AP boost. I've found the health boost somewhat useful for grinding, but I sometimes forget to use it. Also, being undead I alredy have cannibalize, so with this trinket my downtime is reduced further.

very nice item for grinding, as a rogue with the 20% heal boost, this trinket heals for 1080, perfect for grinding.
but there's a slight problem it seems broken in instance, while trying to activate it when killing a thrash, it doesn't work....

I read that this is a great trinket trinket for hunters on Kaliban's Class Loot Lists, and I have to say thats retarded. Being a hunter myself the AP is nice but the use effect is useless.

as an undead warrior i found it perfectly combo with essence infused mushroom and canibalize (note* im 68 at the moment so yes, i plan to change it but just for the lvl up). If u say u use it every time u have it up (considering u are doing a non stop kill) its 7,5hp/sec and essence 20hp/sec for a total of 27,5hp/sec in best situation.

A note for rogues: to use this best for grinding, try using the following macro for your Eviscerate:
#showtooltip Eviscerate
/use Fetish of the Fallen
/cast Eviscerate
This will attempt to use the trinket every time you Evisc, which generally you do within 15 seconds of killing your mob. Thus you will get maximum use out of this trinket without having to remember to click it and watch its cooldown.

Got this tonight...anyone know if you have to make the kill or the killing blow for this to proc? I've been testing it out and I think that might be the case.

anyone know the cooldown time? seems like this would have more healing potential than heroism during grinding if the cooldown is 1 minute or maybe even 2 minutes.
