I still use this on my 70 Mage. Combined with the right sockets and other gear, you can do some serious damage in the battlegrounds.

as a 66 shadow/holy priest (i know it is a dumb build, but it lets be fill any caster roll in instances) i find these to be hardly better than the lvl 62 Princely Reign Leggings (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=24359/princely-reign-leggings). the have +1 sta, -6 int, and +2 spi. crit is near useless for me, and the -18 +hit i lose from the princely seems a waste in an instance. These just don't seem 4 lvls better. Or Prince's pants are just really good for the lvl you can attain them.
