Actually you can be just about any level you want to get to Outlands. 58 minimum to go thru the portal in the blasted lands but so long as your ported by a mage you can get there at any level. Just good luck if you're a level 10 since most mobs will one shot yuh.

Went to see Juno today but I could not purchase this book. I already have skill 300, but the book was nowhere to be seen. Anyone else had this problem? I have investigated further and as I could understand, the sale of the book should not be limited.. Any ideas?

Where did you get this book? I see one guy seeling this stuff in AH per 10g buyout

It says you need to be level 55 for this, so unless you buy it from the AH then you will need to bee level 58 to get into the Outlands to buy this.

It doesn't matter where you level fishing. It will still take the same number of catches to level, it just takes more catches at higher levels. Therefore, you could lvl from 1-375 in SW.

No, it doesn't change no matter where you are. Casts per skill point are /set in stone/. I know this because I got the same rate in Zangarmarsh at 305 as I did in wailing caverns.

As at 1 Oct 2022 (WotLK Classic) this book Master Fishing - The Art of Angling is no longer avaiable.
It is now 10g for Master Fishing training from Juno Dufrain.
