and ofc are very very good for BM raiding hunters.. anyway the more stamina to pet the better and this is a way not with buffs, training points, or hunter's stamina!

these are amazing for demon locks, no doubt, but surprisingly, these are also good for dark pact locks. the spirit helps the pet regen faster.

every bm raiding hunter should use it. with kings and 2% life from bm tree is nice boost and equals to a lot pet tp... also cheap one 10-20s each, no reason not have it. (also im using on some life needed fights and scroll of sta, for another 20sta,)

Give these to your pet *before* combat. In combat, for some reason they cause you to get aggro (without actually increasing your threat), and Disengage alone is not enough to drop it.

I can confirm this works on water elementals.

I have no idea why anyone would want to waste one on one.. but anyways, they do work with them.

This means it probably works with all pets that appear as a portrait under your own, which should include Enslaved demons, Shadow fiends, death knight ghouls, daily quest ravagers, etc.

It may even work with mind control.. hmm.

Pets will not eat these, you need to eat them and your pet will get the buff... Check the pet and you will see a food buff icon.

Just tried this on my 64 warlock with his VW out, and his pet got the buff too.
So,
Warlocks can use these too.

you eat these and your pet gets the buff , plus if you eat something else and get a buff i believe your pet gets some of your buff on top ?

It turns out that YOU eat the food and then your pet gets the buff.

Seems kinda backwards if you ask me.

Using the Priest Mind Control spell on someone of the opposite faction will allow you to use this on them, giving them a food buff.

Warlock:

Kibler's Bits: +20STR +20Spirit
Sporeling Snacks: +20STAM +20Spirit
Pet's physical attacks and AP boost:

Imp: none
Voidwalker: Melee
Succy: Melee
Felhunter: Melee
Felguard: Melee, Cleave, Demonic Frenzy

Besides Felguard, pretty much all the other pets do not have good AP and melee abilities so Sporeling Snack works out well for survival. As Demo, you get back around 2-3 spell power from Demonic Knowledge.

Technically speaking, the amount of health added by Sporeling Snack is very little (a little over 100health), so for Felguard, its better to give Kibler's Bits to it for a boost of around 4DPS and let Demonic Frenzy's 50%AP boost put that to around 6DPS. However little the 20str is, the boost helps felgaurd hold hate better with his barrage of melees, cleaves, and demonic frenzy. In PvP, Felguard is heavily relied for damage so this helps too.

Not super useful for hunters in TBC Classic. They're better for mages and warlocks, whose pets still use mana.

The sporeling snack and kibler's bits were introduced as a way to give food buffs to your pets. They are used as an item, not actually fed to pets, meaning warlocks can use them too. Warlocks will probably want sporeling for STA while hunters want kibler for STR. Anyone else should just sell them.
