Dropped for me last night from Mana Tombs Heroic, Pandamonius.

I just recieved this dagger, before i was using Ced's. Although i've lost ALOT of AP, the speed on this dagger makes up for it completely. (i did not do calculations on this - but from using it, it totally feels that way!)

Bleh. Somewhat good weapon for combat daggers, or an OH for mutilate if you have a strong MH, but there are plenty of other options for quick daggers that are probably about as easy to obtain.

Just as a couple examples, Feltooth Eviscerator (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=29346) drops from Heroic Ramparts, Dirge (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=23555) can be made by Blacksmiths.

not too often u see a higher damage dealing dagger with a 1.4 speed

or any damage dealing weapon like that

It's a great off-hand weapon. Kind of a mix between the Ced's Carver and Whispering Blade of Slaying, i guess. Either way, good dagger.

Looks like a blue-ish version of Fang of the Faceless, too. And c'mon, who doesn't like glowy shiny weapons? :P
