A number of classes will like this ring. From a feral druids perspective, swapping 6 defense rating for an extra 130AC makes this a very nice upgrade.

A good druid tanking ring. A bear with 3/3 Thick Hide would get 1150 armor from this ring, and the resistances help make up for bear's lack of magic damage mitigation.

I'm not sure if this drops in multiple places but I know for sure my group got this from the Reinforced Fel Iron Chest that spawns after killing the last boss of the Hellfire Ramparts on Heroic.

Seems kinda meh. +10 to all resistances is nice and all, but in the end, you're probably just going to have a series of rings with +X resistance to a certain spell area, X being greater than 10.

You missing the big picture.

This ring would absolutly ROCK in WSG. The fact the druid gets a huge armor buff helps mitigate all physical damage, and with GotW/MotW + the resistance on this, that should be a nice buffer to put between you and that caster.

The only thing this won't help you against are those pesky paladins, since most of there dmg should come from holy.

Also, if you need resist gear you'll be focusing more on your actual gear and not relying so much on a ring. However, for 5-mans, this ring can help mitigate the dmg that many of the mobs will do. And example would be Botanica, were in 1 pull you can get nature and fire damage at the same time.

i think all these rings with armor on them are just designed to buff bear druids, there aremany better rings for warriors, hell, even paladins, and this has more armor and equal resistances so i would say it's about the same due to no defense

190 armor on a druid in dire bear form means:
190x4=760 armor (not counting feral talents)
It's the bomb! ;D

This dropped when I was in a group with a Druid tank. He was asked several times did he want it. He said no, everyone else passed so my Rogue needed it thank you very much.
