I think this is the best bow so far except for a few epic ones. And it's easy to get 50/50 drop rate so it's not bad at all. Plus if you put a +30 hit or 2% crit scope very good for DPS range weapon.

My warrior has this (no hunters present, and I would have passed if there were) and it's an upgrade from the X-52 from Steamvault, +15 stamina is hard to come by on ranged weapons and serves me well.

Also my hunter got it today, but as I'm BM specced I find the Torn-Heart bow better for shot rotation. The 3.0 attack speed on this makes for nice big burst damage hits and this coupled with the healthy Stamina rating makes it a fantastic survivalist hunter/PvP bow.

Oh, and the warp-trails that emanate from it when you move are a nice touch, especially when you're jump-shotting.

As a PvP warrior i need this hard. Its realy insane do to other green ranged items. If a hunter would need it in our group i would pass, but with a broken heart in my chest :-

I've used the bow ever since i turned 70. Really good bow for Markmenship Hunters (which i am). I think its alot better then Valanos Long Bow which i see the majority of the hunters in Alterac Valley using.

What's exact chance to drop for this bow? I've grinded BM for 34 times, but cannot get it! I've got all off drop from all of BM bosses.
Is it still drop from Chrono Lord Deja or it been removed or replaced?

I think this is one of the coolest bow models in the game. Unfortunately, as with all 'cool' things in WoW, blizz decides to use it again (Kael'thas bow in this case)

Got it today on first kill we ever did. Drop from first boss in Black Morass. We were 67 shaman, 69 druid, 68 mage, 68 priest and me 66 hunter

This is a good bow and it looks fantastic, it leaves a particle effect trail from its edges. I think this is the one that leaves the trail, anyway.

It's a shame for a good looking bow like this to have a level 68 requirment and not be an epic.

Anywho it's an overall nice bow, I wanted to go for it but then i got https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=59648 from arcatraz which is slightly better and has +agi insteand of +stm.

Good luck getting it.

did that instance about 10th time and was able to kill 1st boss only 7 time and i never saw that bow SO GL everyone

Dropped for me in BM (non heroic since someone asked). Replaced the Volanos Bow with it and starting hitting harder then before and it looks cooler.

I want this bow! i'm thinking of staying on 69 to do some BG instead of levling to 70 and get PWNed by full epic-gearede ... Think it's possible to do BM at lvl 69?

Yes, it is possible to do BM at level 69 provided you have done Old Hillsbrad first. However, if your intention is to get keyed for Karazhan, you MUST be 70. The chain for getting the key involves getting fragments from several different dungeons, which Medivh must come in contact with to offer you. One of these fragments is in Tempest Keep, requiring a flying mount (thus level 70).

So, to repeat: yeah, you can do it at 69, but it is impossible to get keyed for Kara at 69, and that's a major motivation for entering BM at all.

Should be noted this is also one of the only +stam ranged weapons around so alot of warriors should be after this.

Im looking forward to gettin this, i hope i get it today, from wat ive heard about it alot of ppl have replaced valanos' with it, and are hitting harder, cant WAIT for it, agi + AP, best bow for ap,+ awesome graphics, MAN!

I've ran BM at least 6 times 1 more time and ill be halfway into revered with keepers of time. I've been runnin BM for just that bow and the hourglass, maybe the trinket sure it is nice for PvP or just duelin. I have the bow from mana tombs which is just the same but lower dps and less stam great for hunts i would say line up for need would be hunts wars then rogues.Otherwise WHY WONT YOU DROP FOR ME LONGBOW?

Ran BM and it dropped off the second boss. Seemed almost like an upgrade so i rolled on it and got it. We wiped and came back in, where it dropped on the first boss and was DE'd. 2 drops in about 15 minutes.

Still can't decide if it's worth the mats to scope it to replace Sunfire/Torn Heart calibre.

Any thoughts?

Got this the other day the same run as i hit 70, it looks tight and hits hard, it is slow but with the Knothhide quiver, doesnt seem much different

21 times 2 get the bow of corse i got 2 70 by the time i got it well its a good bow but when i got it kara came down midnight and i got the epix crossbow......... pissed me off well for u guys its a nice bow. the bow has good dps and looks kick ass so like yah kick sum effing horde ( or ally wut ever ) but!( btw get a scope on it my friend kept critting living yell out of me with his khorium scope ) :P.

yes well i finally got my warrior 2 lvl 69 of corse like i said b4 its a good bow it droped first time i went but a rogue who ninjaed it took it he had a bow that droped off of midnight lolol havnt seen him on ever scince :D

I got this babe this night, on my 16th run normal BM for this bow ^^

Also got the hourglass and now I'm completly twinked 69. Got a primal nether in bank aswell (dropped of last boss at the 11th try) so I'm getting the surestrike goggles aswell in a close future :)

31-33% crit now, training bow skill atm so I'm not so sure, anyway, check him out if you want:

I got this on my very first run through BM ... as far as which to get? I am also an MM hunter and with the way hunter drops go, run both places and let the game decide.
