This is a very good tanking necklace. Speaking from a feral druid perspective, hit rating is rather difficult to find sometimes. All of the really high armor leather has none, so to find a neck item with dodge, hit rating, and high stamina is something of a blessing. :)

This is a great neck for feral druids that are overloaded on +def. It's so easy to hit the 415 'soft' cap that tanking items with out +def are very nice to have

This is great for warriors who have reached the 490 def GOAL (not cap) and want to focus on avoidance. The hit is nice too, more rage, more threat, less taunt missing.

Don't pass this up if you have the chance

This is a good Trinket for warrior tanks, although rogues might have Priority.

The dodge helps with avoidance and warriors always need stam for health. The Hit Rating is good for Threat Generation (just imagine if those first 2 sunders and Shield Slam missed)
