Not a bad ring for a Mage tanking Firehand in the Maulgar encounter (Gruul's Lair). Nice stam, and the +hit means less chance of Spellsteal resists - which can be fatal, let alone cost you a lot of mana to recast anyway.

Similar to Ashyen's Gift (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=29172).

Would depend on how many points you have in Arcane Focus though, as to whether you're hitting the +hit cap or not.

nice ring, even for PvE.

my warlock replaced the +33 shadow damage ring with this. the +.95% hit is worth a 5 damage loss (not to mention a nice stamina buff)

This is actually one of the most used caster Rings in PvP/Arena, mixed with Veteran's Band of Dominance(https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=33056). Why is this? well this ring has become so populair because of its resilience. Not many rings got resilience atm, and when you are saving up resilience for a descent max amount, this is the only "partner" to pick for Veteran's Band of Dominance.

Ofc if you are in endgame guilds you can get the The Seal of Danzalar(https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=33054) from SSC, but that is way much harder to get!

If you are thinking of getting this for PvP, don't. Band of Dominance and Veteran's Band of Dominance are better.

As an affliction lock this ring fits the bill nicely for PVE despite the resilience. Spell damage, spell hit, and stamina - The three primary stats I look for. Yes please

But on the other hand this is the only level 67 epic so far. So if you somehow have 50 spirit shards at 67 you got the best ring for u in the game so far.

For something you'll probably get on the side from just running slabs for loot, this is a nice ring.

Depending on the instances, you only get 1 per boss from the lower Auch instances later on though such as slabs etc you get 2 per boss.

every 6 hours, the towers reset and whatever side takes them all will own them for the next 6 hour cycle

during any time your faction owns the towers, everyone in your group can loot 2 spirit shards from any boss you kill in auchindoun
