A bit less healing, but includes Stam, which is a bit more important in BC, and the same amount of spirit.

Blue Diamond Witchwand is not a major upgrade from that one, and tbh, if you'r still raiding karazhan, this one is not worth using dkp on if you already got Soul-Wand of the Aldor.

Come on Bliz, if you're gonna have raid drops for priests then at least put a wand out there with some mana/5 on it. I got Rejuvenating Scepter (Rejuvenating Scepter for healing and the mana/5 from a lvl 68 quest in Netherstorm...raid drops should far exceed it, but there is hardly a difference. I can't wait to get Luminescent Rod of the Naaru (Luminescent Rod of the Naaru now thats raid worthy

This thing is lame, assuming it drops from a lvl 70 raid or heroic boss.
4 more +healing, 2 more int and 1 more spirit than wand of the whispering dead.
Damage I don't even count for a buff

This is the strongest weapon in the game DPS wise with the exception that wands are not effected by stats otherwise it would be lion heart executioner

I want to know why there is even a comparison at all?

One is Epic and the other one is GREEN. OMG. WTF was Blizzard thinking? The fact that you can have competent arguments for either wand being better than the other is absolutely absurd. The stats for this "pretty much end game" Epic should BLOW AWAY green items. There should be NO chance to compare the two wands. I hope Blizzard really puts a fix on this end game item in 2.1.

This argument is dumb. If you are a true healer, you have other gear that supplements your +heal. The fact that it's insane dps, should you be wanding, and stats, AND +heal makes it an unbeatable healing wand. Don't be sucked into thinking that a high +heal is all you need.

So i ran kara for months now and this isnt dropping for me, I still have the blue wand, soul of the aldor or whatever...Bad luck huh? Last item i need before i get full epic =\. If you think about it, you have a 1/3 chance to get Oz, and then you have a low chance of this dropping due to other loot in the table...

A semi-inferior wand now. You can get the 25 Badges Carved Witch Doctor's Stick and stick a straight +healing gem in their, or in my opinion, stick a Royal Nightseye and get more +healing and mp5 then this wand, while you lose a bit of spirit and gain some stamina.
