It's the bigger brother of Ossirian's Talisman of the Shifting Sands.

The lack on stamina isn't that big of a deal. There are a few healing pieces with pretty solid stam totals. The exalted bracers from the Caverns of Time are one. The whitemend set still has a respectable amount of stam, even after they were tweaked.

If you're really hurting for stam, feel free to use some stamina gems or enchants. Overall 7k is extremely easy to hit raid buffed. 8k only requires a swap of 1 or 2 pieces, or else a mix of gems instead of the standard Royal Nightseye * infinity.

This neckpiece is pure awesome for Holy Paladins (and, I'd imagine, other healing classes as well, esp. resto shamans). Sure, there's a lack of +int or +stamina, but the 11mp5 and 66 healing is more useful that most anything you can find in heroics or world drops. I can't wait to snag it over Gezzarik's Fang from Skettis.

Pretty amazing PvE healing neck, especially great regen.

The quest reward neck Natasha's Guardian Cord is not that much worse than this neck and its much easier to get.

IMO this is tons better than the natasha one from the quest. While i am using that one atm i would drop it instantly for this one +2 heal isnt much but the 4mp5 wins it ezily only stat lost is -10 int. tbh I would rather have 1mp5 than quite a bit of int. Why? Seems like most the fights that I've been doing in Kara take at least 8 min to complete so the 4mp5 bonus from getting this trinket = 384mana over 8 min...10 int only gives me 150.

so changed my mind.. i took it on the 2nd drop today. if you can spare the 'room' in the intel and stam department this beats everything

its a bad tradeoff against the heroic one if you face it but if you can go for it for maximixed healing and regen this kicks ass for a while

I got this yesterday, and it repalced the Natasha's necklace. like a lot better, I lost 150 mana, but for the extra MP5 and healing it is worth it. This way the 2nd kara epic I've recieved ;) But the first one I actually used(I got a cloth headpiece with good healing and intell, but i vendored it due to no MP5)
