Got small buff in 2.1.
Sweet necklace for every healer.
this one Gives u stats and nice +healing.
Nightbane drops one with 9 more healing no stats but solid mana per second.
The choice is yours. (our pally got the one from Nightbane over this).

Excellent neck for either healing priests or druids. The only one with this combination of stats in Kara. Surpassed by the Teeth of Gruul, which drops off you-know-who, although that item trades stam for mp5.

I have this atm but I'm aiming to replace this with Vindicator's Pendant of Salvation (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=33922)

Comparing stats that gives:

+6 sta (+9 with gem socket bonus)
-5 int
-19 spirit
+5 heal
+6 mana/5 sec (approx ~24 spirit)
+18 resil
Yellow gem socket

The only downside to the PvP one is the loss of spirit, but this is more than easily compensated by the mana regen on the vindicator's and the gem slot lets you buff this neck more. eg. A royal nightseye (purple) gives +9 heal +2 mana regen (~+8 more spirit). Sure +spirit gets buffed with priest talents (eg. Spirit of Redemption gives +5%) but I doubt it's enough to outdo the mana regen on the PvP neck.
