Pre 2.3 this was the biggest quiver in the game, but with the new patch Quiver of a Thousand Feathers will steal that position. Made by leatherworkers from a pattern attained from Lower City at Revered standing.

But seeing as this new pouch is a bit on the expensive side, the Worg Hide Quiver is still worth getting - if only while gathering the gold for the upgrade.

Why would people even bother going for this now? Leatherworkers can now make a lvl 60 Quiver https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=34100 That is bigger..

Really boggles my mind as to why Blizzard did this.

I've had the same damn quiver since I made it at level 40. So happy to upgrade.

This item is now useless as leatherworkers can now learn the new pattern to craft Knothide quivers. They are 20 slot with 15% speed and are useable at lvl 60. *sigh* and after trying to get my rep up with the Kurenai just to get that quiver...

stuck with the same quiver for 30 lvls can be a killer.

upgraded everything but the ammo bag.

couldn't be buggered for the pvp one.

yay for 18 slotters + 15% faster

I think you can start these quests at 60, don't know for sure tho. To gain reputation with Kurenai, start collecting all the quests in Orebor Harborage (Zangarmarsh) and once completed do the follow ups. When you're finished with these go to Telaar in Nagrand (Alliance) and start doing those quests. You'll be honored in no time. Have fun :)

You can only do ONE quest for the Kurenai before level 62: the one at the wanted poster in Orebor Harborage, Zangarmarsh. None of the NPCs will even talk with you before you're level 62, let alone give you a quest - not even the vendors. I think the level requirement for the Telaar quests was 64.

BUT you get rep with the Kurenai everytime you kill any of the ogres in Nagrand (10 points, 11 for humans)... so honored "just happens" as you're questing in this zone. I bet you could hit honored just by rescuing Corki (that lovable little moron) if nobody else is around farming netherweave.

In fact, I really didn't care about rep with Kurenai (they have nothing for a mage tailor/ench), but I hit revered "by accident" just completing quests in Zangarmarsh and Nagrand, and farming for Aldor tokens in Nagrand. Never even hit an instance yet. If only Aldor rep were as easy!

I have also been looking for this quiver and it seems its not a buyable item anymore, And on further investigation you actually have to have ur hunter there, guess cos it is a class restricted item it wont show up for other classes!

You can get this item from that vendor but you will see it in red if you aren't level 68 which is the level you need to be to use it. You can still buy it and put it in your inventory until then.

this quiver is useless now, u can just find a LW or just make knothide quiver yourself. 20 slot bag 15% range speed increase. If you have to grind rep to get this it should have more then blue writing.

This quiver isn't useless at all. You only have to be Honored to get it, and anyone questing in Nagrand should hit that no problem.

Why is a level 68 blue you have to grind rep for worse than a level 60 craftable green that requires practically no mats ?
