Too bad it's unique. Would have been nice to have one with +81 healing for instance runs, and one with Spellsurge for raiding.

This is a great healing mace for hybrids who aren't healing-specced. As a feral, I'm not about to take drops from players who are focussed on healing, and I'd really rather not farm materials for expensive crafted items that I won't get a lot of use out of. This is a great, relatively inexpensive option for the folks who only wear healing gear on holidays and weekends... ;)

Yeah same here. I'm a full feral druid and one of my guild's MTs, but once in a blue moon I have to heal, and items like this and the epic offhand for exhalted CE rep are a great option. I have over 1000 healing bonus now :-) not bad for a feral.

Personally i'd rather Murmur's weapon because it looks cooler. But it's not a walk in the park to Murmur

As this is an Exaulted reward (Thus, you are honored and get a discount) This item is actually cheaper, it only costs 191g 38s 48c to purchase.

I would recommend this for most healers as its only outdone by thing such as the Prince Malchezaar epic mace, Light's Justice - https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=28771.

Exaulted is quite simple for most, simply grind Heroic Mechanar (which is from my experience the easiest Heroic to do and easily puggable) As this also gets you 5 Badges of Justice per-run, and can save up for some of the other nice epic rewards as well.

This mace was formally just as good as the Shard of the Virtuous (Maiden of Virtue Drop) But with the new stats comming out for both weapons its not even comparable. The Shard is going to have about 49 more healing with 2 less MP5 on it.

Not only is it ugly, but it doesn't benefit from the pretty glow that adding a +81 healing enchant would normally give. Just has the same ol' glow it comes with, which is thankfully almost bright enough to cover out how ugly the mace is. Nevertheless, it's painfully easy to get for what it's worth.

I've got this one, but If I knew that they was gonna buff the Karazhan mace so much, then its easier to get. Exalted was to much work just to get this mace.
btw this mace cost me 180G.

Got a facelift in the new patch, now get +100 damage for magical spell. You can start hitting people with SoR/flametongue with it, and add a little more 'oomph' to your damage spells.

This mace is incredible for a tankadin that is looking to aoe farm. The +heals and +dmg allows for a large boost in your conceration for farming and the mana regen, stacked with other boosts, such as BoW, provies much needed mana in longer boss fights. Also its fast enough to make sure you use up all the procs on Reckoning, which is so much fun imo. Pair it with spellsurge or mongoose, and wack away.

That and if you manage to hit exalted you can pick up your Crest of Sha'tar too ;)

Got this today for my off spec healing spec. I am a enhancement shaman for main spec and this item was very easy and cheap to get for off spec.

Since my guild only let me pick up the healing gear the healers don't need in raids this item was good option and easy to get exalted. Just do a few heroic botanica, arcatraz or mech.

Took quite a few Mech/Bot/Arcatraz runs with nothing but shards for me but pretty quickly hit exalted and picked up this ugly little hammer. Doesn't really take many runs for it zoom right up there... Maybe 2-3k rep a run. I submitted a screenie above if will show up some day. There are some crafted hammers, BoEs and a kharazan drop that are around the same quality but this is what came my way first... Slapped a +81 healing 'chant on it and now have full Prophecy and a Benediction I can hold in one hand.... and a fruity tabard.

This ugly thing is a waste of money compared to other healing weapons.

Even if you don't run Karazhan for Light's Justice or Shard of the Virtuous, run heroic Shadow Labyrinth for Blackout Truncheon.

lets go back to a time before the opening of the dark portal to when a 1 handed healing mace had o... 40 healing and was considered good and the GM's hammer was the best at a mere +130. righteous orbs the essences and all the other mats required for a +55 healing enchant reached way beyond 200G... and with the availability of easy cash now (im sittin at 3k and i never farm) 200g is lookin like a very good upgrade from my +227 mace. 2k rep away so one mech run or half a botanica and ill be grabin that SoB and slapping all sorts of cool enchants on it... Sodii you dont stand a chance.

Very nice mace which is very easy to get. Got mine on the weekend and I wouldn�t say I went out of my way to grind Sha�tar rep. It was more a case of � �O nice im exalted with the Shat�tar, lets got see what rewards I can get now.� And I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could purchase this. If u kill all in any of those instances then u gotta be around 2500 rep per run. Got 9000/21000 wanna be able to get Gavel of pure light.

I just picked this up for my priest. I only started running Kara relatively recently and hope to get the Shard of the Virtuous, but you know what? Every other healer I run with wants it too - and after 6 weeks of Kara runs I've never even seen it drop. So first I have to wait for it to drop, and then I have to hope I win the roll. I'd rather have the guarantee of this one than hold out hope for the Shard for goodness knows how long and use a lower quality item in the meantime.

I put +30int on it and I'm using it with the Signet of Unshakable Faith from Moroes (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=28525/signet-of-unshakable-faith) and I'm happy with them until I get something better.
