Exalted with the Violet Eye, the Karazhan faction. Pretty good ring, it's very similar to other blue rings, but with more stamina.

In newest PTR Patch these got buffed:

+21 Stam -> 24
+21 Int -> 23
+14 s.crit -> 17
+ 26 s.dmg -> 29

Sorry didnt notice its a quest reward....more faction stuff....man are there enough factions now or what?

Its from getting rep with The Violet Eye.

Mobs in Karazhan give rep with this faction, so in time will will earn this ring for "free".

Bit like the AQ40 ring which you got from outside CoT pre-tbc (except you dont start on -36,000).

Theres different versions of these rings and they get upgraded as you go up rep with The Violet Eye.

This version is for Exalted,

you get one at honered and that gets upgraded to a better one at revered and exalted,

SO DONT SELL YOUR FIRST ONE as you need to hand in your old one to get the new one.

Exalted aint too hard to get if your serious about raiding,

I doubt it would work so I haven't done it, but if I were to enchant my revered one with the +12 spell dmg enchant, would it carry on to this one when I get it?

Really doubt it as it's probably a different item in the game's coding and not simply a "buffing item spell" cast by the quest-giver.

once you fork over an item that's it. it used to happen when people would enchant their AB gear etc and then get new stuff. enchants are individual piece specific.

Both these ring's don't require u to be in a raiding guild so imo more easy to attain

this is indeed one of the best rings a caster can get pre-BT ofc, so ofc if you can raid but don't have the time to invest in regular 25 raid this is indeed the best ring out there . Even if you like +dmg a lot more the +intel and +crit chance makes it much better than the other 2 rings mentioned above . Practically y'd have to be an idiot to pass this in favor of the other 2 .
