You get Friendly reputation and access to the first ring as you complete Hyjal attunement with Soridormi ("The Vials of Eternity" quest).

Not aware of the last quest's name, but this ring's version when you reach Exalted reputation is this:

Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 64.
Equip: Restores 10 mana per 5 sec.
Equip: Your healing spells have a chance to increase your healing by 175 for 10 secs.

Which easily makes it one of the best (if not the best) healer rings available at the moment, item level estimated at 152. Would welcome solid info on the procc myself.

However, trash mobs in Hyjal aren't currently giving the reputation they should, which is supposed to be patched soon.

Err, no this is a hyjal reputation reward. by the name i thought that would be entirely obvious
(especially considering 4 rings are called exactly the same thing)

Only if Blizzard could see the trouble they have caused by having the same named items put together on the same string of posts on Thottbot, they would be laughing there asses off.

What is with the belief that you don't need stam as a cast in PVE? I mean maybe no non heroic 5 mans you can have health at 5 or 6k, but when facing mobs that can non crit 8k for a cleave or AOE if you dont have over 8k you will be needing to repair...a lot. The many bosses in 25 mans have AOE hits to either entire raids of random sections of the raid. Having over 8500 HP is a must for anyone fighting the 1st boss BT, have some high stam is a MUST for PVE too.

Can you have this ring (at revered) and the exalted ring, such as the different level versions of the same items in the BGs?

I need to know whether or not it is possible (as it was possible with the Karazhan rings back then) if you first choose the caster dps ring but later choose to be a melee dps'er, if you can trade in your band of eternity for the other versions of it?

Example: I am an elemental shaman, I choose the band of eternity caster style, later I re-spec to enhancement, I need a ring, can I go visit the quest giver and trade my caster ring for the melee ring? Does it require exalted? I am at revered right now and cant switch yet, I need to know from someone who is exalted if switching is possible.

DPS warriors of any spec will find this to be VERY sub-par to T5 rings due to the ammount of agility on this ring. until exhaulted this is staying in my bank tbh.

I'm friendly with Scale of Sands, but cant get the quest for this. Is there something else i need to do first?
