Not everyone can loot the T4 token, it's a regular drop item. However the badges drop for everyone

This is tied for the greatest variety of sets (7) of any other tier 4 pieces.

Warriors have 2, priests have 2, druids have 3

Compared to
Hero: 3 (Warlock 1, mage 1, hunter 1)
Champion: 7 (Paladin 3, Rogue 1, Shaman 3)

Clearly a flawed system, but blizzard fixed it in the next tiers.

Downed Prince last night, the other warrior rolled a 79...I rolled a 93. Woot. Got the DPS version, and it owns :)

This is tier 4. it works the same way tier 3 did, and the zandalar stuff. A piece drops from the boss that can be used by several different classes to turn in and get their tier 4 piece in exchange. you turn it in in shattrath city at your relevent faction vendor (aldor/scryer).

yeah, and the nice difference between t3 and t4 is that you can choose, for as example if you're a warrior, if you want deff or off t4 pieces

Once/if you get the token to drop and actually win them, you then take them to the vendor in Shattrath City depending on whether your Aldor or Scryers and they will grant you a corresponding item of your choice.
