This is a great weapon merely because of it's inherent stat additions. It's the only easily attainable rifle that has this high agility and attack power, making it great for rogues.

For PVP it does a great job, as well. With 1500 attack power on cloth wearers I hit on average for 400, with crits getting over 800.

The only upgrade for the same stats is the Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle, an epic drop from Karazhan. https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=28581

An alternate upgrade would be the Consortium Blaster ( https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=29115 ), which replaces the 10 agility with 15 stamina, but adds 7 critical rating.

This is now slightly overpowered for melee for a green quest reward since they changed the +6 skill rating to +6 crit rating.

its a quest no required level think its a lvl 70 quest

Just FYI, don't depend on the +6 gun rating on this gun to overcome it's weakness to the Hemet's Elekk Gun. I have 350 gunnery without it equipped, and only 351 with it equipped. The Elekk gun is far superior, unfortunately.

It's got a great name though. `8r)

ummmm... 1 word... NO

and in sooo many ways... NO.

Depending on how you want to stack your stats, the Hemet's Elekk Gun is better than The Gunblade.
