Don't forget paladins! I'm a holy / prot, and like to PvP. I'd go for this. Only downside is the complete lack of stamina.

Gems with resilience have one major use outside of PvP though.

Resistance Kit.

Resilience is by far the easiest way for a conscious tank to keep Crit Immunity when gemming their resistance items - it's not as good an overall defensive stat as +Defense, but it helps you reach the 5.6% needed crit reduction far more quickly than defense stacking. The Flamebane and Enchanted Adamantite craftable kit for Fire/Arcane resist has mostly blue and yellow sockets, so Mystic Dawnstones and Steady Talasites are ideal resilience gems if you want to keep a set bonus. For the red sockets of course, there's no option if you want to keep socket bonuses, and thus this gem comes in (and also the dodge/resilience epic gem from another heroic).

Parry/Resilience is a brilliant combo for the red sockets in those craftables.

This is a great gem for a Rogue with Riposte. Almost seems like it's made specifically FOR Riposte, since it's not that great a PVE gem (for those who would want Parry) and is not a great PVP Gem (again, aside from Rogues with Riposte; even though the Parry % is small, it's there).

Does this drop in normal UB in addition to heroic? Thotbott's displaying both 65 elites and 70 elites dropping it, so I just wanted to be sure. Been in normal UB quite a few times in the past and never seen it drop, so I was just wondering.
