truly.. these, and in fact all the loot from Doom Lord Kazzak, is simply beautiful and amazing. He has one of the best loot tables of any of the bosses I've seen thus far.

For a Mage, these are surely the best leggings available to non-tailors before the Tier 5 instances. They are comparable to Spellstrike in terms of utility.

The above poster is wrong, these are actually a decent enough bit to consider over spellstrike because first they have better base spell damage. +5 spell damage socket bonus and a realistic set of socket colors. DPS casters don't like blue and blue hybrid gems.

1 runed living ruby 2 veiled noble topax = hawt on this.

I think these are definitely an upgrade from spellstrike. Especially since you can easily find a better helm than the hood.

They are usable (as a non-tailorer myself) until I got these, with a +14 dmg gem they are even better (as a jewelcrafter).

Just throw 3 potent noble topaz in them and you have pretty insane dmg/hit/crit pants. The only thing is 0 stamina, but that can be easily covered with the rest of the gear ;)

I got these pants today, I have my Tier 4 mage leggings and I'm not sure how much I like these better or not.

None of our Warlocks wanted it because of no Stamina.

The stats are great and I threw in some DMG/+Hit gems, but the lacking of Stamina on gear makes me sad.

I think I'll just keep these around to increase my +hit if I feel I need it.

Got these yesterday as a frost mage beats even tier set 5 leggings (not considering the tier bonuses).Can't find better than these before BT.
