Once/if you get the token to drop and actually win them, you then take them to the vendor in Shattrath City depending on whether your Aldor or Scryers and they will grant you a corresponding item of your choice.

Actually the T6 Token are traded in at a Vendor in Hyjal Summit. His named is Tydormu.

Legs - Illidari Council, Black Temple
Chest - Illidan, Black Temple
