This Jewelcrafting pattern for this can be obtained in Cenarion Refuge from Fedryen Swiftspear. The pattern requires Exalted with the Cenarion Expedition faction but the ring does not require it to use.

If your one of the hunters planning to tank the Shaman in the first boss fight in Gruuls Lair, then this is one handy piece of kit. Get a guildy to make you one, or pick one up from the AH and you'll survive a lot longer.

somewhat easy to make. id say this isnt exactly what the best resist gear looks like but the mats arent that tough to come by.

for hydross in serpent shrine you need a war geared in frost resist and a war geared in nature resist (and a feral druid preferably in a bit of both for adds), this is a nice ring for the feral and the nature tank ;P

id say that this is better than cause it has 28 stamina and 35 resistance.

As Hydrolizer said: Tanks NEED lots of NR & FR-gear to manage the hydrofight in SSC. Else you will wipe, no promting.

Also a bonus is the fact that it isn't unique and that you can wear two of them...our tanks wear two of them then swap out when they aren't the MT for the Hydross fight
