Once again i feel like the rogues out there are getting shafted when it comes to this armor.. "of the bandit" is a great peice, but notice the drop rate its the lowest.. 17.5...Argh.

https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=25838 a Cenarion Expedition rerp reward with the right sockets seems to be a much easier choice.. unless you really care about the 150 health your missing out on... i'd personally like to have the +12-24 extra agility that the sockets can yield.. then its also +6 agility higher as it is.. AND you can get it at level 62 like i did.. i'm still wearing it at L68.. i think i'll have it until L70. unless i find better.

Compare the "of the beast" version of this to Chestguard of the Talon https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=31285.

This has:
-86 Armor
-3 Str
-1 Agi
+25 stam

This has a lot more stam, but in cat I want the AP from the strength and agility more and the extra armor of talon offsets some of the stamina gain, and in bear I would take the heavy clefthoof over this. Since I always seem to see at least one chestguard on the AH selling for around 50G on my server, this doesn't seem to be worth the effort.
