Inclining to think these don't count as elixirs, in 100 crafted, absolutely no Elixir Mastery proc. Either the name "elixir" is deceiving or I was very unlucky, which I somehow doubt

This being counted as a potion is a confirmed bug and will be changed in 2.1

Above poster is right. There is a bug in the game at the moment, which makes the potion masters able to proc on these, and not elixir masters. Next patch (2.1) this will be fixed.

Doesn't stack with onslaught just a note, and I believe when making them its classed as a 'pot' not a 'elixer' i.e for alc specilisation.

even tough the name says its elixir, its not, so this will proc on potion mastery, NOT elixir mastery, sucks, but true. Thanks to blizz for some mighty good missleading names

I am master of potions and making 20 of these proc'ed off 5 extra ones...
Dunno if it's a bug or if it's really a potion...

How do you become a master of elixrs or w.e? Im past 300 alchemy and I havent had any alch trainers try to send me on any sprt of quest like with blacksmithing when you choose armor or weapon mastery.

Got this dropped in my first ten kills while doing a quest, it's quite nice. While it's useless for my Druid (as an OT I am frequently alternating between bear and cat, meaning the loss of stamina is bad) but for my Hunter it's superb. No idea why it's not more popular!

It procs for me as an elixir master, for what it's worth. The elixir sells for 4g or more each in Kel'thuzad.

I never saw much use for this elixir. I would suggest sticking with the regular strength or agility ones.
