Anyone notice the play on this dagger's name. Dib'Muad could possibly be a reversed Muad'Dib the dude from "Dune".

Heh, Blizz have a tendency to add little things like that in their games, there was a dagger, well a dirk called the diggler (dirk diggler from boogie nights :) ) in diablo 2, used to crack me up because it was possibly the worst item in the game

this is just so transparent! wtf Dib'Muad? they allow themselves to pick up different stories from great novels but heaven forbids u try to mess with their files! this is just... anyways the movie from 1984 was way better then the mini-series! I mean Kyle McLachlan wasnt 14 years old but at least they took the book almost word by word! stilsuits were stilsuits, reverend mothers were scary as intended in the first book. and so on. when I saw Gurney Halleck in the mini-series I almost fell of the couch in laughter :))

yeah the crys knives are the Fremen daggers, shaped from Shai-Hulud's teeth :P
very clever of Bliz this touch of Dune in WoW, Dune is really awesome... the crust bursters in OL look like the worms of Dune but in a smaller version too, don't they? :D

I've noticed how Blizzard has quite a few of things like this around. Linken's Sword of Mastery, Shauly Pore, Muigin and Larion, and who knows how many more. But this, i must say, was beautifully done.But this? Usin a fumper to call, adn then kill Hai'shulud? 5 stars, Blizzard, cause for once you did somethin right

lol I was so excited for some reason when I recognized the reference, probably because my friend didn't. Anyways, I dont know which knife I should take, Muad'dib's or his girlfriend's (thats shani right?)

this is great. WoW has all kinds of cool references. the dune ones are great cuz i am a big fan.

i'd like to see some harkonnen gear...or possibly Leto II reference.

btw i have all sorts of characters and pets with dune names...my pets are usually Ghanima.

Eehm... If you would dual wield this, on one hand; if you're a sublety rogue, get a slow dagger in main hand a go for this in OffHand with +15 agi or something like that, on the other hand, if you're a combat rogue; get this and a slow sword / mace / fist, with like 2.7-2.9 speed, don't get scimitar of the nexus-stalker, due to its fast speed, and on the third hand, if you're assassination; get Shani's in MainHand or Offhand and get The Stalker's Fangs in the other and go mutilating! :D This is my point of view for a rogue, I am a sublety rogue and took this knife in OffHand and as soon as i go underbog, i'm going to get The Stalker's Fangs in MainHand for ambushing / backstabbing, and when I am 65, I am gonna get Ceremonial Warmaul Blood-Blade, it's 1.7 AttackSpeed, Ok, but it got good dps and I think I am going keep this dagger a few lvls, til like 66-67. GoodLuck, HaveFun :D

this is tottaly a refrence to Dune. The new one by the Sci-Fi channel is way better than the old one becaues it stays true to the book.
