It can drop from last boss of Mechanar, Arcatraz, Botanica, Shattered Halls, Shabow Labyrinth and Steamvaults in normal mode.

It can also drop from the last boss of any other 5-man instance if difficulty is set to heroic (Nexus-Prince Shaffar dropped it for me in heroic).

The drop ratings on all the card are off because these cards were added through a patch and the WoW Head kill counter was not reset

Got it from last boss in Mechanar, on my first run, didn't even want but all greeded and i won. Server first ftw?. Well i said "WTS " and instantly a warrior said "100g?" i said "500g" then we had a deal ;)

Once you combine the 2-8 and the ace, you get the darkmoon card: crusade.

"Each time you deal melee damage to an opponent, you gain 6 attack power for the next 10 seconds, stacking up to 20 times. Each time you land a harmful spell on an opponent, you gain 8 spell damage for the next 10 seconds, stacking up to 10 times."

Looks like this trinket could be really useful for melee and hunters, as stacked to full it would be 120 AP and it would always be up in a sustained dps fight. For casters it is also very nice but only as long as they can chain cast.

Prices for the new darkmoon cards very incredibly at the moment; I bought this one for 150g and e.g. the 2 of blessings for 30g. I bought the 2 of storms for 15g.

HOLY CRAP! i just saw this item drop and i thottboted it and saw it was worth 2200 gold! i went to my Auction house and saw that the same item was only 100gold bid and 200 gold Buy out. I clicked buy out but DAMN! i was 2 seconds too late! (That was exciting!) . Go check your Auction house and see if you see it cheap! if you do, bid on it and sell it for 2300 gold! Remeber that it is worth 2300gold!

This card definately isn't worth 2300g. - People seem to have the impression that aces don't drop as much as the other cards.

Remember: They patched that. They drop the SAME RATE as any of the other cards and aren't that hard to obtain. Most the cards are going for 40g on my server, the ace is worth about the same and maybe up to 100g, but definately not worth 2300g.

aces drop of instance bosses so they are worth more as there still harder to obtian than other cards . 1 to 4 are world drops 20g-50g , 5 to 8 are instance mobs/boss drops 50g-200g , ace is end boss instance drop 500g-2000g , these prices are server and demand dependant . the ace is rarer not due to chance to drop but due to the type of mob that drops it.

To the person above me. The Ace-8 of anything is used to make a deck that starts a quest to turn it in at the darkmoon faire. When you turn it in, depending on the deck, you get a trinket of some sort.

This just dropped of Warp Splinter. I won by 2, I'm happy as hell even though I got outrolled on my trinket from him. I put it in AH for 600g bid, 700g buyout. We'll see what happens.

on Khadgar the whole set goes for 2k gold, so for the Ace only... naaaaaah... ;p

Ace goes for 250-400 on my server I've bought several of them now and all for 250. The expensive cards in the deck are the 7 and 8. 2,3,4 20-50g 5,6 anything up to 200 7 250+ and 8 300+ on nordrassil eu. Then again everything in teh ah seems to be getting expensive atm....

On nordrassil I'm seeing single cards in ah for 750 can't imagine the sell as the deck's worth 2-2k5 tops.....

Total Price for entire deck: 980g. I was planning to spend around 1k so im happy.
