It has been confirmed many times that all four of the new 'Ace of...' cards have a chance to drop from any instance boss of the level 70 instances on both Heroic and Normal modes.

Always watch the AH... just picked up one for 360G... which is arguably a deal.

If you're patient enough, you can find these on the Auction House for even cheaper than the 360G price tag as mentioned above. I purchased one for 299G thinking that was a deal, only to see one an hour later for 150G. So I just gave one to a guildie as a nice little gift.

The price I'm sure is somewhat server dependant, but don't jump at the first price you see, unless you have enough gold that price doesn't really matter. These Aces do seem to be the most expensive by far, though.

The drop % on these cards are understated quite a bit.

These items were added to the game recently, but the drops are being compared to total boss kills since BC came out.

Yea I have confirmed I was the first on my server to get an Ace, and a Three. The ace sold for 500g and the Three is still in the AH.

According to Wowhead this is what "power of madness" does.

Darkmoon Card: Madness (Ace - Eight of Lunacy):

Each time you land a killing blow on an enemy, you gain the Power of Madness.

"Power of Madness" is one of the following buffs (unconfirmed), depending on your class:

Delusional: +70 attack power
Dimentia: "Down the rabbit hole..." Every 5 seconds either gives you +5% or -5% damage/healing.
Kleptomania: +35 agility
Manic: +35 haste (spell, melee and ranged)
Martyr Complex: +35 stamina
Meglomania: +41 damage/healing
Narcissism: +35 intellect
Paranoia: +35 spell/melee/ranged crit strike rating
Sociopath: +35 strength

They each lasts for 30 seconds.

Im am not sure which buff goes for wich class.

I got it from the last boss in the BM instance of caverns of time. We all greed rolled and I won. Will probably try to sell for 1000-1500, if I cant get that then Ill just complete the set and get the darkmoon card for myself.

The card is a trinket that gives +51sta, and a pretty good 30 second buff when you land the killing blow on a target. Not perfect for a tank (im 70 prot warr), but the +51sta is pretty good.

1.5k is insane, they go for 200-300g normally on my realm (Horde & Alliance side) but sometimes they go higher but usually around the 200-300g mark. - Amen'Thul

Just dropped from Murmur in normal Shadow Labs for me. Put it on the AH for 150g and it sold in a few minutes. The average price was around 125 - 250g, around that range.
