Pretty sure this drops from Yor, the new boss you can summon in heroic Mana-Tombs.

It takes a lot of grinding to be able to summon him, https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=29373 is pretty similar and collecting 25 badges is probably easier then getting the items to summon this guy and hoping it drops.

This appears to be a tiny little bit better than the Band of Halos 25 badge healer ring, for pure healing (-2 healing, -1int, but 2mp5 more). It's missing the 22 stamina of course, and stamina is getting more and more important in PvE these days due to the vast amount of unavoidable group/raid damage being put into encounters, but if a healer feels they have enough stamina on other gear.

I wouldnt want to wear this ring if I was kitted out in the awesome but zero-stamina Primal Mooncloth set, but for non-tailoring healers who are doing heroic/10man content, this ring is a definite alternative to the 25 badge ring, or a good pairing with it if you're a paladin/shaman who doesnt want to go with the "useless" spirit on the Karazhan rep healer ring.

Just a shame it's such a low drop chance.

I just got this yesterday from the boss Yor.
He is a special summon boss in Mana Tombs, Heroic.
You have to be exalted with consortium and get a key to open Shaffars Stasis chamber.
Really nice ring for a Resto Druid :d

It drops from Yor,in heroic Mana-Tombs.To summon him you must be exalted with the consortium and have done a chain of quests to get the key required.

The drop rate is roughly 4,35%.
