Considering the nerf of the other flasks, Titans is now obsolete (at least if we disregard the gold amount), and this should only be compared to Fortification, or actually the resistance flasks.

If the reason for flasking is that you need to be able to tackle huge amounts of pain quickly, Fortification sure is the better. However, if the main goal is to be able to withstand as much dmg as possible over a long period of time, this flask is better, given that the fight is long enough. After 125 sec you have regenerated 250 HP, or the difference between this and FoF.

If mats are correct, horribly cheap, very good buff. In addition, this is only a guardian elixir. So, let's say the fight lasts for 125 sec, your trade-off is 10 Def rating vs an Battle elixir

Yeah the mats are very reasonable for this pot, I imagine that I'll be using this plus mastery as my standard raid buffs (as a prot warrior).
You'd actually gain the same HP as a flask of titans with this combo, but with +15 to agi/str as well.

Also a great guardian elixir for warlocks.

pairing this with https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=22835 is a great way to buff a lock for raids!
