That would be fine if this chest wasn't supposed to be 8 ilvls higher (Almost a full tier upgrade)

Normally off-set gear is geared heavier to raw damage and pew-pew. This seems to give more "other" stats.

It seems a little off.

And with the inclusion of damage sets for shadow priests, we can't argue its for off-raid grinding ... it seems like its missing something.... but, its decent for not having to find 3 gems (which can get pretty damn pricey on some servers) in addition to actually getting the drop.

If you don't care about spirit, I'd get the Scarlet Sin'dorei Robes from Heroic MT...

Gemmed with epics, the Sin'dorei Robes have:

80 dmg to spells
41 spell crit rating
38 stam
22 int

It beats these robes in all respects except for int and spirit. Just something to consider if you have to spend DKP for these... Admittedly, these robes do look cooler however :)

Horrible robes. Rhonin and Tier gear are better, as well as the 100 badge purchase from Quel'danas.

i think i would keep my tailoring item over this as well...for set bonus..which is really good

Hm, well lets think about it. As a shadowpriest I would keep my Frozen Shadoweave Robe over this.

As a shadow priest our main concern is + spell damage, and frozen shadoweave gives us 72 shadow damage, plus 24 damage worth of sockets, I'd certainly sacrafice some spirit, and a little stamina and intellect over that, and we really don't need crit . . . just that alone convinces me to keep Frozen Shadoweave, and I also get to keep the set bonus. Now, if I was a mage, this might be a different situation, but I had to step up for Shadowpriests.
