Definately an item for a dreamstate/HT build. Int gives more mana regen with dreamstate than spirit and shorter cast HT is definately a good thing.

For tree well If you dont leave tree form then that haste rating isnt going to do much for you. Consider the other droods before zomg needing it.

This is NOT only for Healing druids, although they should have priority on this (in my opinion only, not for fact, mind you. :P).

There seems to be alot of spellhaste rating leather added in 2.1, and this is something Balance druids would benefit greatly from (Our talented main raid nuke having a 3 second cast).

Besides, one of the balance druid's strenghts is that he or she can drop out of Kaboomkin form in the middle of combat, and with a simple weapon switch, become a very effective healer due to his or her gear supporting +spelldamage AND healing, aswell as mana regeneration and a large mana pool. Items that can serve both the roles as ranged DPS and offhealer, such as this one, is invaluable, and should not be taken lightly to the balance/resto druid. =)

Druids have only one slow heal(HT)and it HAS it to be slow since it is the most powerfull in the game.
Dreamstate/Healing Touch build all the way.
Let's see some more items for this build

With no other haste pieces, your Healing Touch would cast in 2.94 seconds, instead of 3.

Spell Haste is getting a buff in patch 2.2 from 21 to 15.7 haste rating contributing to a 1% reduction in casting times.

2.1 = 1.76% reduction in casting time @ 70.

This belt fits great with the Druid T6 set, Thunderheart Harness. When you have full set take off the chest and then equip the belt you'll see it's the same.

In 2.4 with spell haste effecting the GCD, it's actually a decent stat for Tree of Life druids. They've always been limited to a 7-second rotation of spells since they're always going to be keeping up a lifebloom stack on the MT. Once you get t5 equivalent or beyond you simply don't need mana regen as a druid, there's more than enough on the gear you already have, so getting spell haste will allow you to get off more spells in that 7 second rotation.

Very good belt, in other words.

Nice healing belt, what alla seems to be missing is 37 spell haste rating in addition to everything else.

This item drops from Gurtogg Bloodboil in Black Temple.
