Crescent-Tail Skullfish can also be fished up in Zul-Aman.

A food buff worthy of consideration for most casters, in particular, both flavours of Caster-type Druids (Balance and Resto, who both benefit meaningfully from Spirit and Spell Crit).

Although Holy Paladins love Spell Crit, Spirit is useless to them, so I'd reccomend https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=27663 instead, as i would for any caster in long fights where endurance and survivability matter. Conveniently, it's also a lot easier to fish up, and available now so you can stockpile if needed.

This food is more for caster dps and possibly holy paladins.

20 spirit is kinda worthless for them yes, but a free 20 spell crit is nice.

A nice alternative to the 23 dmg food.

nice buff, but cant really be arsed to go lvl fishing for it if you know what I mean ;)

This only takes about 3 seconds for the buff to apply, not 10 like it says in the tooltip.

Got the recipie for this from my cooking quest, does not strack with well fed bonus.
