On the southern shore of Stranglethorn Vale, you'll find two Bloodsail camps and a rowboat. The charts can spawn in either of the camps or on the rowboat.

these have a long respawn time, they are on the table and stool in the bloodsail camp with three tents.

Yes, they are, and there a pain to get two without a party to help ya. It's the farthest south point right below Booty bay

I was lucky. I found both in the rowboat on the shore near the large camp.

There seems to be two places they can spawn either at the big camp or there is a smaller camp with only 1 tent they can be at

They appear in the main camp with two tents and the charts appear in the rowboat.

They also spawn in nearby boat right next to 3 tent camp.

The CHARTS spawn at either the 3 tent camp on some crates near the eastmost tent, in the boat, or at the one tent camp to the northeast. The ORDERS spawn on a stool in the north section of the 3 tent camp, in the tent of the 1 tent camp, or in the boat.

i've been farming for hours.. boats and 1 tent camp, 3 tent camp but no charts. spawn slow and sucks might as well just drop this quest. nothing great anyway

I found the chart and order on 2 boxes they were near a chest also, i found this at the main camp with 3 tents. They have a long time to respawn and there is a big mob there that you need to kill

Orders are found on a crate just to the north of booty bay. Where the bloodsail pirates are crowding around a few crates. But you still need to go to the ship area south of booty bay for the charts :P Southern most tip...

Its a joke, iv been ganked, killed by mobs and wasted ages trying to find it. I found the orders in the boat but the charts, well i cnt find them in the boat or either camp :(

i found the orders on a box in the 3 tents' camp... On the south shore of Booty bay.. And the chart is on a table beside Cowardly Crosby.

They spawn at the main tent where that tailor vendor is, or where there is just 1 tent or in the boat.....i was there like 5 min and saw it like 3 times xD

I was lucky, when i got there 2 hordes cleaned the whole camp:P i found them both right away:D

As a warlock with improved VW, fel stamina, fel intellect talents:

1) Identify where the charts are. Send in the VW in a linear path aggroing everything in sight...follow closely behind the VW... when safe, grab charts - must time it well. Run away and SAC VW
2) repeat 1) for orders.
3) type /cackle

Though the mobs can be rather hard I soloed theese guys, cleaned out both camps and got it alla t lvl 40 as enhancment Dranei shaman. (<3 Gift of the Naaru)

The charts take turns spawning in 3 different places:

1. The one-tent camp (on a barrel just outside of the tent)
2. The small fishing/wooden boat on the shore just before the large camp
3. The large camp at the end of the beach next to the first tent to the right.

Man i am tired of this.
I am at the camp of 3 tents in like 15 minutes and it dont rezpawn.

Chart and orders were at 26,82 and 27,83. On the table in the camp and on the small boat by the shore
