There is a "fruit merchant" in Shattrath City in Outlands who sells the goldenbark apples. On the city map she is located in a market in the SouthEast. Her name is Granny Smith (how poetic). Currently, 10silver for 5 apples. The apples are required in a recipe for "Fisherman's Feast".
