For those of you who are slow... This is a stick of dynamite called a "Goblin Fishing Pole" because golins tend to fish by nuking the crap out of a lake and collecting the spoils.

Where do you find the recipe to make this stuff. Ez-Throw Dynomite is not working anymore for me. This stuff works great and I have a friend that is an enigneer that can make it for me if I find the recipe. Any information on this will be much appriecated.

Anyone can use them. Very small radius but better than nothing, I guess.

This item rocks for newbie alts you make, run through a cave or something, get as many aggros as you can, and use it... i used it on wendigos and got 9 at once with 1 stick, all dead

its single use but u get like 10 of them when finishing the quest ...
wonder about the name oO maybe its one of blizz's weird jokes or something oO or maybe goblins really use them for fishing ^^''

"I once went fishing with jazz trumpeter Herb Albert. I met him at the dock on the bayou and he had a small boat. We headed out into the bayou and I noticed there were no fishing poles, just a small box and a net. I said, 'Hey, man, how we gonna fish with no poles?'

"At that, he stopped the boat, opened the box and pulled out a stick of dynamite. He lit it and threw it into the bayou.

"He got 9 or 10 on his first cast.

"This made me nervous, and I asked him, 'Hey, Herb, ain't this illegal? Can't we get arrested for doing this stuff? I don't think I want any part of this.'

"He didn't say anything, but reached into the box, grabbed another stick, lit it, then handed it to me and asked me if I wanted to fish..."

Just to anyone who is confused at why this is called gobling fishing pole, it is because goblins like dynamite and stuff that explodes so they throw a stick of dynamite in the water. you can just imagine what would go flying into the air to grab.

(most of you probably already knew that)

it says that you can buy it from a guy in orgrimar but it also says limited suplie 0. how do you get this?

For those of you who aren't allowed to use ranged weps, this is a must have item in your inventory. It is a single use item (stacks 10)with a short cooldown. When used it has a small radius blast and although the throw range isn't great it is enough to pull the "right" mob out from a group on its own 90% of the time (and if u pull more you can see them coming and run off without having to fight). I use them all the time and couldn't live without them and they cost hardly anything...

Yeah theyre humanoids but why they might be unstealthed is a mystery too
By the way i think its just called the goblin fishing pole becasse its a counterpart of the dwarven one which is a gun made to look like a fishing pole i suppose its meant to trick your enemies into thinking its only a fishing pole

128-172 dmg to all mobs in the GFP's blast radius isn't too shabby. I have it on my Warrior and use it sparingly due to the fact that I don't have access to it once this batch is depleted. Blizz should've had this item sold in a neutral town rather than just Orgrimmar. Anyhow, it's a real attention getter in those situations where the mobs get a little feisty and aggro needs to be maintained. It's worked well for me.

The reason it is called a Goblin Fishing Pole is because when you throw dynamite under water, the force from the explosion kills any fish within range of the blast. Has anyone actually tried this in a pool of water to catch fish?

I can see a goblin fishing with this. Light it up, and drop it in the pond, then just wait for the fish to float up! Hilarious!
