This potion is very helpful as a lvl 70 warrior, it does consume the health pot cd, but the 1k armor for 90 seconds is so worth it.

For an AoE mage, these are pure gold up to level 40 or so. +1000 Armor means just about -24% physical damage at level 33, and for 90 seconds - Means the mobs will burn down your shield MUCH slower.

They shouldn't link the cooldown of this item with a healing potion. I prefer a good healing potion over this.

In groups, when the Main tank is getting pounded on by heavy duty or multiple mobs, this potion is more useful than a healing pot, because the healer should be keeping him/her alive, and the big increase in armor makes keeping the Tank alive easier.

The fact that this potion has a shared cooldown with all healing potions (as well as many others) makes it pretty useless for soloing. It may be good if you have to be the tank and have a healer.
