Tons of fire bloom in searing gorge, it can be found everywhere and usually drops in 2 or 3's at once.

Firebloom has a great use for fire mages like myself, because fire spell enhancing potions use it :)

This stuff goes for a lot on Aggramar.... selling it for about 40g per stack though i have to sell it in pieces. Useless or not someones buying it up

These things are used in 2 consumables that I use often on my mage for raiding.

Wizard Oil I use these cause blowing up Brilliant Shards for the best oil is a waste of money.

Elixir of Greater Firepower since I'm a fire mage these things rock and they stack with Greater Arcane pots

Using all of these = 99 +dmg

If your in Naxx you can use the new Blessed Wizard Oil rather then Wizard Oil

Using those = 135 +dmg with just cheap consumables.

I don't know about useful, but it is definitly needed to make a Philosopher's stone, which alchemists USE to transmute metals and such. That sounds prettty useful to me.

argh! Another mat that is unattainable at the right level for the item to be made. Winter's bite and gravemoss is easier to get that this lol.

Definitely Searing Gorge in Classic... much better than either Blasted Lands or Burning Steppes.
